PROCEDURES

From now on, we have US-origin sugar available with our Partner Distributor in the US, with a delivery capacity of 15 trucks per week.

Attached are the packaging details and the refinery warehouse locations available for delivery. Delivery is also possible to the Buyer's warehouses, and to locations such as New Jersey, New York, or Miami, on the East Coast.

The procedure is as follows:

1- The Buyer issues an ICPO addressed to RAAR Group USA LLC.

2- A date and time is coordinated to receive the trucks at the refinery warehouse, or a schedule is arranged to deliver the product to the Buyer's warehouse.

3- If the Buyer picks up at the refinery warehouse, once the Buyer's previously authorized truck arrives with the product inside the warehouse, the driver notifies the Buyer to make payment, and the product is immediately loaded. If the shipment is to be delivered to the Buyer's warehouse, once the truck arrives and the Buyer can view the product, payment must be made before unloading.

It's important to note that for deliveries to the Buyer's warehouse, a fee of approximately USD 0.75 per bag must be added, depending on the location.

Once the ICPO is received directly from the paying buyer, delivery can be scheduled for one or two days later.

Please ask your buyers if they are interested and ask for a prompt response so we can reserve the product for them, as it sells quickly.
